Local Pick-Up/Click & Collect - Western Australia

All of our items can be purchased and collected from our warehouse on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays between 10am and 2pm.

Our warehouse located at Unit 2, 102 Guthrie Street, Osborne Park WA 6017. We are on the corner of Guthrie and Drake street. Access and parking to the warehouse is off Drake Street. 

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 2 to 4 days for us to pick and pack your order, especially when ordering over the weekend. We are only in the warehouse on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. 

All delivery timeframes are quoted on checkout when you choose a shipping option. Items will be dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays and an email notification with your shipping details/tracking number will be sent once your items have been dispatched. 

Please keep in mind there may be unforeseen COVID-19 impacts that may affect the actual delivery time quoted. Please refer to the information provided with your tracking number for the most up to date information. 

Shipping Rates

Our aim is to provide you with a smooth online shopping experience, with the best value and reliable shipping and delivery.

Our shipping rates are calculated through an external carrier who utilises a number of transport providers and we have negotiated a discounted rate for these services.

Our rates quotes are the exact rate supplied by our shipping partner, which will be calculated to your address from our warehouse at Unit 2, 102 Guthrie Street, Osborne Park WA 6017. This amount is paid directly to the shipping partner chosen. 

The rates are calculated by dimensions and weights of each product, and we have calculated a few types of packing for multiple smaller items. If you have a larger order with multiple items, please contact us via email at shop@sideserveshop.com.au to obtain a shipping quote as we may be able to pack this differently to get a better shipping rate.

Shipping prices will be in real-time and we will always endeavour to get the best possible price and service (including delivery time and care for your product).  

Please contact us if you would like products shipped outside of Australia.

Additional Information

Once your order has been dispatched all delivery responsibility falls onto our third party shipping partners and are out of our control and we rely on the good folk delivering our items to do their thing. 

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase, if your items arrive and are damaged or not in satisfactory condition, please contact us within this timeframe so that we can organise a replacement or refund. For more information on this, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy
